Our mission is to empower students and teachers with yoga-inspired exercises to promote lifetime wellness. Our vision is to have wellness programs available in schools so that students and teachers develop body-mind awareness and the ability to nurture their own well-being.

Helping kids move with control and confidence, a yoga style designed to help kids move, breathe and feel better.
With kids being bombarded on social media with warped messages about body image, there is immense value in a practice that cultivates self-control and respect for your body.

A shift from a “top down” only model of self-regulation to one that includes a “bottom up” approach which helps leverage the connection between the heart, body, and emotional self-regulation skills.

YOGA FOR TEACHERS
Yoga for Teachers offers a rejuvenating opportunity for educators to prioritize self-care through classes led by Jan Goranson. Jan makes yoga accessible for all levels, focusing on stretching, relaxation, and mindfulness. These sessions, tailored specifically for teachers, help cultivate physical flexibility, mental clarity, and emotional balance, enhancing overall well-being and classroom effectiveness.
Flexible scheduling options include after-school or lunch break classes, typically lasting 45 minutes to one hour.
The program offers 4 or 6-week sessions with a minimum of 7 students required. This format allows educators to easily integrate self-care into their routines, providing a much-needed respite from their demanding roles. By investing in their health and peace of mind, teachers can create a more fulfilling and sustainable teaching experience, benefiting both themselves and their students.
$14.50+gst per person per class, with a (minimum of 7 students)
