Welcome to our Yoga for Beginners class! Perfect for all levels, this class emphasizes building strength, balance, and flexibility in an accessible and enjoyable way. Throughout the session, you'll receive personalized guidance and modifications to deepen your practice, cultivating mindfulness and celebrating individual progress. Discover your potential for growth through yoga, moving and building at your own pace in a supportive environment.
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, small towel, and any props you like (bolster, block, strap, etc.) to help you feel comfortable and supported.
